Jane Wood, Paralegal and Office Manager
Jane is a Paralegal who primarily focuses on real estate and title work, but as our Office Manager, she handles general office matters as well. Jane graduated from the University of Dayton with an Associate's Degree in Business Administration. She served as a State Representative, four years on the Judiciary Committee and 2 years on the State Federal Relations & Veterans' Affairs Committee. She began working at the Nighswander office (now Martin, Lord & Osman) in Laconia in 1982. Subsequently, she worked for Snierson, McKean & Mattson and then Normandin, Cheney & O'Neil, the latter for a period of 10 years as a title abstractor on residential and commercial projects. In 2001, she started Shore Title Abstracting LLC as an independent title abstractor, covering all 10 New Hampshire counties. In 2003, Jane worked as a part-time title abstractor for Wescott, Millham & Dyer, and in April 2007, she joined her husband, Patrick, full time to open the Patrick Wood Law Office, PLLC. |

Lee Harrington, Paralegal
Lee has worked as an executive secretary and legal assistant/paralegal for more than 20 years. A New Hampshire native, she attended McIntosh College in Dover, NH, and worked at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard before relocating to Laconia. She began working for Wescott, Millham & Dyer in 1989. After 11 years, she left to pursue her passion for cooking, and worked in and managed several corporate cafeterias in the Seacoast area and Maine. Shortly after returning to Laconia and the Wescott firm in 2006, she joined Attorney Wood at the Patrick Wood Law Office, where she is the lead paralegal for land use and probate matters. |

Manon Kellett, Paralegal
Manon served in the U.S. Air Force for nearly 12 years as a Czech linguist in the intelligence field. After leaving the service, she completed her Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies. She then worked for Conklin and Reynolds, P.A. and has also worked for Normandin, Cheney and O'Neil, PLLC. In 2008, she joined the Patrick Wood Law Office, where she is the lead paralegal for real estate, corporate, litigation and estate planning matters. |
